IMPALER Reunite With Original Bassist
August 22, 200380's shock-rock band IMPALER have reunited with original bass player Commander Court Hawley following the recent departure of Erik Allyn. Court was part of the group's Combat Records lineup and was featured on their first three releases: "Rise Of The Mutants", "If We Had Brains...We'd Be Dangerous" and "Wake Up Screaming". The band are currently compiling material for a DVD encompassing their 20-year career, due out by year's end. The as-yet-untitled DVD will include all videos made throughout the band's blood-soaked career as well as live footage from the recent tour, featuring reunions of guitarist Michael Torok and bassist Hawley, interviews and general mayhem. The disc will be released by Minnesota icon Earl Root on Root Of All Evil Records.
